Facilitation, Beloveds on Earth, means primarily to be extremely attentive to every nuance, every gesture, every tiny twist in behavior, every shadow which crosses the faces of your companions, every unexpressed wish or plea for help, every call to detail, every birdsong, every unusual turn of events, every red line crossed, and every value which is desecrated.
This may seem like a very long list, and it is by no means complete, but once you have truly committed yourselves to the preservation of the planet and to the harmonious co-existence of her people, this will become second nature. Indeed, it will be like fire racing continuously through your veins as you immediately correctly assess every issue and situation, making the perfect decisions as a result, which only end in more prosperity, happiness and peace.
Do you really want to live a peaceful life, Beloveds? If so, you must be all the more conscious of yourselves and your behavior, while simultaneously STEPPING BACK to encourage others to move forward into their sovereignty.
Even if you are an expert in a certain field, and if you are dying to share your expertise with avid learners, the focus should not be on yourself but on your students. They should not be humbled by your knowledge: they should be moved by your wisdom. They should not notice an arrogant and overbearing personality spouting forth complicated jargon which they scarcely understand. They should encounter a humble individual, completely dedicated to the PROGRESS OF THEIR STUDENTS.
The idea is to HOLD BACK IN ORDER TO LET OTHERS MOVE FORWARD.
THE IDEA IS TO STAY IN THE BACKGROUND, INSERTING INPUT AT EXACTLY THE RIGHT MOMENT, SO THAT AN OPTIMAL LEARNING PROCESS CAN TAKE PLACE.
There is no point in blinding your students with your brilliance, for it is your job NOT to take the “limelight” but to enable your students to shine, so that then they are also capable of conveying their wisdom and knowledge to others in the same way you have done.
You are, thus, at the same time A ROLE MODEL, in such situations as described, and in fact you are a role model AT ALL TIMES.
This statement may feel like a very heavy weight of responsibility on your shoulders, and indeed to shoulder it at the present time may present difficulties simply because THERE ARE NOT YET ENOUGH INDIVIDUALS ON THIS PATH.
However, as your world progresses, and as it becomes increasingly clear that every individual must shoulder responsibility, the load will inevitably become lighter BECAUSE IT WILL BE SHARED.
You are the “leading lights” and we entreat you to behave accordingly. You are indeed THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD and are here to serve the planet and your fellow humans, uplifting them into an era of “light and life!”. This you will do through your own radiance and by encouraging that radiance to grow in others.
Thus ends our discourse on FACILITATION. This must, however, be accompanied by another aspect, namely PREVENTION. As well as keeping a sharp eye on what you can further and promote, you must similarly keep a sharp lookout for unhealthy downward trends, and immediately nip them in the bud. If this is not done, all your good work will have been in vain.
This similarly sounds like a very tall order, running contrary to all ideals of tolerance and “live and let live”. However, it is adverse behavior and tendencies left unchecked which have led to chaos, corruption, warmongering and abuse in your world.
